Shipping policy:
Shipments are sent from Lithuania. Please kindly note that the customer is responsible for Import duty
and taxes.
All items will be sent by tracked shipment depending on Your preference - standard Post or courier FedEx, DPD, DHL. I am
sending orders within 2-5 business days. The tracking number will be sent with shipping confirmation by
e-mail specified when placing the order so You can monitor the journey.
If you haven't received the tracking number, please kindly check the junk mail folder. If you cannot find
it, please send us an e-mail request art4startok@gmail.com
It may take 4-8 weeks for the order to arrive, based on destination. FedEx, DPD, DHL is usually delivered within one
week after shipment is sent.
With shipping confirmation, you will receive the tracking number and it is your obligation to track it and
assure that when the status changes to pickup or delivered you have actually got the parcel.
I don't take full responsibility for parcels lost in transit. If the parcel is not arriving after 100 days and the
post office confirms it as lost. I can refund 50% of the total order value or send the order again. Luckily
it happened only twice in 3 years.

Order confirmation
I am going now to carefully pack it :) and I’ll let you know when your items have been shipped by
sending you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number to the same e-mail address.

hold the payment fee (approx. 5%) from the amount that will be refunded to you. 100% refund is only if
we cannot fulfill the order on our end.

Please drop me an e-mail if your order hasn’t arrived after 30 days and I will gladly send the report to
the post office. I have noticed it may help to move the parcel forward faster. ( But I can do it only after
