Return and refund policy:
Shipments will be sent from Lithuania. Please kindly note that the customer is responsible for the Import
procedure, duty, and taxes where applicable. If you decide to refuse the parcel when it arrives in your
country and it will be returned, I will send you a refund upon arrival of goods back to me, less the
additional shipping cost, and when all additional cost is known.
I am selling exactly the same molds I am using myself. All measurements and pictures/videos are
available on the website and my Instagram Highlights Molds and Molds2 section. If you have any
questions before purchase, you are welcome to write us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or using
chat. I believe you will be happy with the results. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
inform us by e-mail. You can send it back before it is used and I will give you a refund after I receive it.
Please kindly note I will not make a refund for the shipping cost and payment fee.
You can also cancel the order before it is shipped. (please kindly check the FAQ section before placing
the order) Please note that I will hold the payment fee (approx. 5%) from the amount that will be refunded
to you. 100% refund is only if we cannot fulfill the order on our end.
With shipping confirmation, you will receive the tracking number and it is your obligation to track it and
assure that when the status changes to pickup or delivered you have actually got the parcel.
I don't take full responsibility for parcels lost in transit. If the parcel is not arriving after 100 days and the
post office confirms it as lost. I can refund 50% of the total order value or send the order again. Luckily
it happened only twice in 3 years.
